Sponge painting

I was a really good girl during mixed media art and I sponge painted cool flower stencils into a large painting of the water, I used pretty purple paints. I was such a good girl, especially how I painted infront  of my friends! 

Agapanthus

Look at my art !! I worked so hard to make the pretty agapanthus flowers . First I practiced with the stencil on some paper...I liked doing the sponge painting so much I was really keen to keen to do more on our big painting. Wow !! How clever am I ?!!

Artist at work

I have been hard at work doing my painting. This time I tried painting using a sponge, that was fun and I could put the paint where ever I wanted to on my painting by pressing down into the paint and then onto my paper. It as so much fun and I spent the whole session working on my picture.

Clay art studio

Today I went for a nice visit to the clay art studio at the historic village. I liked looking at the fish tiles and seeing the nice mosaics on the wall. I talked about animals I could make with Nicky the pottery room.
